For telemedicine appointments:

Please find a quiet, private area for your appointments and for your own safety, please do not drive during our visits.

In-person/Office appointments:

The building address is 120 E. Liberty Street Suite 300A Ann Arbor MI, 48104. NOTE: The main entrance is on S Fourth Avenue with a black awning that has 120 E. Liberty printed on it (it looks like a back door behind Avalon Bakery next to a fenced parking lot after the orange paint ends). Please enter here and take the elevator to the third floor and the suite is towards the right. When you arrive, open the glass door and please have a seat in the waiting room. There is structure parking available on the same block (Fourth and William Parking, $1.50/hr) or street parking ($2.40/hr).

For Medical and/or Psychiatric Emergencies :

Please keep in mind I may not be able to answer calls immediately and please do leave a voicemail as I may be in session. For any emergencies, go to your local ER or call 911 for care. If you are in the Ann Arbor area, you can call the UofM Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) line at (734) 936-5900 or go straight there at 1500 E Medical Center Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48109. In addition, please leave me a voicemail on my secure line and I will call you back as soon as I am able.
